Since the early 1980’s, Buzz has been involved in all areas of the
mortgage lending industry…from Top Producing Loan Officer, to Sr.
Corporate Management, to Company Ownership. He has traveled all
across the nation training thousands of lending and real estate
personnel in all aspects of the industry.

Class Cancellation Policy
All registrations, whether made by mail, email, or fax, are considered binding. A $25
handling fee will be charged for cancellations up to seven business days before the class
date. If your cancellation is received within less than seven business days before the class
date, you will be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. If your cancellation is received on or
after the class date, you will be subject to a 100% cancellation fee. No shows are subject to
a 100% cancellation fee. MTS assumes no responsibility for expenses incurred by registrant
in the event the class is canceled due to a lack of pre-paid registrations, unforeseen
circumstances, or acts of nature.
