Preventing Sexual Harassment...
Part of creating a workplace that is inclusive is the elimination of inappropriate
behaviors. Sexual harassment has come to the forefront as a business issue
not only because of the financial and legal liability, but harassment creates
exclusion and exclusion creates turnover.
In recent years, federal and state laws have identified standards for training.
Under some circumstances, all managers must be trained in the awareness
and prevention of sexual harassment in the workplace. Other circumstances
dictate that all employees must be trained as well.
