With MARS user administration, you can easily add and maintain employees,
administrators, branches, departments, regions and job titles. Additional
features include Bulk Email, to automatically send reminders to just those who
have (or haven't) completed courses, and Archiving, which allows you to "wipe
the slate clean" for the next training cycle and permanently retain past results for
future reporting.
Curriculum Management
MARS curriculum management allows you to create job-specific curricula, so
employees take only the courses they need. Courses may be designated as
either required or elective.

Building on your MARS employee database, repository of online training results
and powerful reporting, MARS can now be your central point of administration,
tracking and reporting for ALL training including classroom. Training facilities,
courses and scheduled classes along with class rosters, student attendance
and course completion can all be tracked and managed in MARS.
