Jim Hopkins - Executive Consultant / Leadership, Productivity, Coaching
Jim brings a wealth of experience in the banking and financial
services industries. His over 28 years experience includes
positions in bank management, operations, savings
administration, real estate loan consulting, training,
organizational development and performance management.
Prior to forming The Jim Hopkins Group, he was CLO for
Fremont Investment & Loan and has held senior management
positions with American Bankers Association and Bank of
America within training and development. Jim is a seasoned
facilitator and performance consultant. He is certified to
facilitate programs from Achieve Global, FranklinCovey and
TRACOM just to name a few. Jim holds an MBA in Business
Administration and certifications in performance consulting,
instructional design, and training needs analysis.

Tresa Eyers has spent more than 25 years helping clients
improve their productivity and profitability through targeted
and effective training programs, the majority for financial
services organizations. Tresa works with clients to analyze
their processes and develop new, best practices.
She designs and develops custom training that everyone at
every level of the organization can use to get the right results
the first time and every time. She can also manage the entire
project and implementation, including train-the-trainer and
evaluation. Programs with Tresa's signature have been used
to train hundreds of employees nationwide and worldwide.
Tresa has a Masters Degree in Education from Michigan

responses to DFEH, EEOC, and sexual harassment
