“Training Plans Made Easy” is a one-day workshop for organizations that want to
develop the skills of their employees so they can create both strategic and career
development training plans.
In the “Training Plans Made Easy” workshop, personnel that are responsible for
implementing training events, plans and proposals learn how to align themselves with
business issues and identify how training can prepare employees with the skills to
achieve success.
By participating in this 1-day workshop, participants will be able to:
