After almost two decades of experience involving several business process
re-engineering consulting/ERP projects, our founder looked back at the
major issues clients and companies faced prior to, during, and after major
ERP upgrades or implementations. The one common thread seemed to
revolve around the inability of companies to integrate people, processes,
and technology efficiently.
The fact that there wasn't a single vendor that could provide a complete
solution to manage, access and deploy business process changes gave
her an idea. The market needed a solution that could help minimize the
implementation headaches and frustration that are normally associated
with deploying business process change to end users throughout an
organization.
She quickly gathered her closest senior level functional and technical
associates/consultants from previous projects and together the business
methodology was born.
Shortly thereafter the technical plan was developed and it was then that the
team realized that the highly flexible and scalable design/architecture could
make this not only a good fit into an ERP environment but also into
extended enterprise applications (Supply Chain, CRM, ERM, etc.).
One of the more significant discoveries was the architecture of the product
which included a feature that was capable of setting up "what if" scenarios
for business process change. Not only could this solution allow a company
to design, document, analyze, and manage business processes it could
also PREDICT effects of process changes as they occur in real-time across
the organization and extended enterprise.
Today, we are still listening to our customers, looking back on past
experience, looking toward the market's changing needs, and delivering
